Kajabi has a new look! Some content may have our old branding. Read more on how we are empowering creators.
Build an online identity that resonates with your target audience.
Welcome to the Plan to Brand On-Demand webinar! New entrepreneurs like you are starting from scratch, which means all aspects of branding are new to you. The goal of this workshop is for you to gain clarity and fully write your mission statement, discover your competitive advantage, and understand your value proposition for your new knowledge-commerce business. We’ll start off by identifying what you need for your brand guide and using artificial Intelligence to generate a detailed niche assessment.
If you’d like to learn more about Canva, they offer a free course called Design School so you can get up to speed & cover the basics of design.
Artificial Intelligence can help you with most of the heaving lifting involved with content creation and producing marketing materials that convert. If it’s your first time using our AI chatbot called Ama, then this quick tutorial should help. Ama is an interactive chatbot in the Kajabi Builder that can help you create content, research topics, write code, and support many other functions to help you save precious time building and managing your business.
To open Ama, click the Marketing tab from your dashboard, then open a website or page. While in the builder, click the purple AI button at the lower right of the screen. Next, copy a prompt below, and paste it into the message bar. We’ve worked very hard to craft well-thought-out prompts so that all you have to do is fill in the [brackets] before you press send. Make sure you copy the entire prompt, not just part of it!
Copy/paste the Niche Analysis prompt into Ama: You are a digital marketing strategist. Your task is to help me identify my niche by creating a detailed niche analysis for [Insert your topic/industry]. The niche analysis you provide should contain the following. 1: Demographics. 2: Psychographics. 3: Detailed target audience summary that outlines their needs, goals, motivations, frustrations, and expectations. 4: Define an unmet or underserved need by analyzing the target audience and identifying gaps in the marketplace. 5: Thesis statement that identifies & summarizes the niche in first person point of view.

Your task is to create 3 value proposition statements based on the following formula: We help (A) do (B) by doing (C) so they can (D). I sell a course about [Insert Topic] to [Insert target audience]. (A): is the target audience or a description of the perfect customer. (B): is the desired end result or transformation that customers want. (C): is the method by which the business accomplishes the outcome. (D): is the meaning of it all, showcasing what the customer is now able to do or avoid for the future. Here is an example: "We help dog owners break down the barriers between humankind and their best friend thanks to our heavily researched behavior studies, so dog owners can enjoy companionship for a lifetime."
Copy/paste the Mission Statement prompt into Ama: You are a digital marketing strategist. Your task is to write 5 creative mission statements for me to choose from that are one sentence long each. The mission statements you write will be a concise expression of my values and purpose that helps everyone who encounters my business to immediately understand what I'm all about. The mission statements you write should portray value and inspiration, but also be plausible and specific. Write this in first person point of view. What my business does: [Insert Your “What”]. How my business does it: [Insert Your “How”]. Why my business exists: [Insert Your “Why”].
Your competitive advantage is what makes you stand out from the crowd and attracts potential customers.
